I Moved on. Managed to Read and reconstruct a xenoverse file. I can make quests tougher stat wise. sadly I can't do nothing about the AI Intelligence yet.

modifying freaking stats is one thing,props to you btw, but modding the ai from the outside is near impossible...or rather, only a few hundred individuals could do it in this world...so yea
