Problem with Adblock Plus

My ADB is ON.. and I still VERY MUCH DOWNLOAD ANYTHING I WANT FROM ANYWHERE I WANT.. I NEVER CONFIGURE IT THOUGH........

No i can see links and pictures at the Public section...but i cant see any in the VIP.....idk if thats how its supposed to be...but i cant....not even images...

since Im upgraded to Guardian Meister.. I can see all pics and links..
