Sharing System

The sharing system will be like so:

A Fully Custom Sharing System, allowing each member to freely re-distribute
their mods as They See Fit.
(Freely re-distribution does not mean "free-for-all)
Meaning:
To give or not give credits is up to them
To put or not put a password is up to them
etc...
This is now a member-based sharing, not community-based sharing

Of course, that doesn't count if you are re-distributing a mod YOU DIDN'T MOD AT ALL
In this case, the person is not being a modder but an uploader, and he needs to give FULL credits like so:

i cant tell u how many times i played with a Mod and it didnt work in 2.004 but worked in 2.008.

yeah,but all my mods was tested on ver 2.000 before i release it so don't worry^^
