I was hoping so as well.
I plan on going back to windom modding and returning to ANI modding study as well. If there is such a thing for different burner textures perhaps something can be done for different units :3

Well, there is a way, but i have not tested it yet. Its just all theoretical. Anyway, i'll try and use it on a mod first before posting my findings.
