Make a section for dead-links thread...

its a place where all the downloads/mods/etc. with dead links are placed...

any of them may be bumped for re-upload with permission with the original poster(In case the original poster is in-active, and others have a copy of some files on that certain thread, there will be a 3 day waiting time to re-upload but that depends)

any threads that has re-uploaded files will have been placed, it'll be transferred right back to the right section.


I proposed this due to the necroposting and shit....

the admin is gone...hikari wont come back for like 2 weeks...sigh
