About Gundam Seed+Seed Destiny Series

i re-watched SEED And SEED Destiny many times,i still can't understand why many gundam's fan said they are shjt and epic fail,they even said that Victory series are better than SEED......so can anyone explain where are the shjt part in SEED?
because i can't see any shjt parts,music is good,character's design are great,good story,amazing gundam fight scene,so why shjt?

and also, have you ever wondered that Kira and Lacus haven't kissed each other, even though they're lovers?
