Quintet! Advanced Starship Simulator

This is a nifty game I found out of boredom. In this, You and your friends can go hand on hand control a single battleship.
there are 3 different ship types to play with. Solo being fighter based, Dual for 2 people control, and Quintet, where up to 5 people can control a cruiser.
In playing you can either be a guest or login to their site.
Overall a pretty nifty game to play on a rainy day.

Is this something like FTL? or uh... EVE?

Think of it like star conflict but with teamwork.
You can have smaller ships for single, but bigger ships can have pther people use teamwork to pilot them. Example, one being captain, one for tactical, science, engineering, etc.
Overall a decent looking game.

Controls seems a bit clunky and only depends on the keyboard...

I thought it was something like Strike suit zero and FTL mixed together..

as did I. so far the controls are keyboard + mouse.
