theme thingies

i tried changing the theme, some stuff might be off,

the colors aren't exactly perfect i know,
what improved is the loading speed (i ...think)
for those who didn't know, welcome to what winz00e kinda liked to looked like, just not as exactly perfect as now
..

1 suggestion though.. the gif that shows up when hovering forums should be a little bit shorter.

my life sucks atm, it's exactly like winz00e, i don't know if it's coincidence but i figured i wouldn't be able to fix me until i fixed winz00e. so might as well get to it

that reminds me! manga, i have that old banner with the wing0c lineart on it, you want to use that one?



also, can you give me the winz00e banner thats got a neon glow around it that you have up at the top right now? and i would like it in highest quality, im doing a little project and the version i have of it is trash
