small winz00e updates/fixes

along with the recent theme change and policy change, we've fixed some issues like a better Font color, the now Opaque quote boxes,

and i recently added a subtle gimmick: the "lucky banner" gimmick, basically each time you load a winz00e page a banner is loaded randomly, some banners appear often as they have multiple loading slots,

but some "rare banner" have been implanted :: they are prettier and much bigger, have a HQ gundam/mecha render on the background and feature the "Lucky Banner" sign on the lower right of the banner.

^ this is just for fun to give you a smile each time you encounter a lucky banner... if you encounter them too often: log out of winz00e, close your PC and go play outside you geek, you've been here all day ! XD

edit; i will allow any of my friends (=well known winz member) or admins(same thing lol) to give me any render of their liking to add to the random banners as a lucky banner, (you don't have to worry about making the banner and re-sizing i will do all this)

i just finished making a third one the 00, man those takes time...thank me for not recycling the ExVS render i have (cause im making new ones based on artworks and adding effects and all XD)

**** the lucky banners,

the "lucky banners" will be the WInz00e main banners, but on any other page you're at, you will get the regular banner...that way it's epic as hell 100% of the time XD

rightclick+view image info+save as    - for firefox, they broke the save image button on the normal rightclick so u have to do the round about version

on anything else just rightclick and save


p.S: ive saved most of the old winz00e banners, >:3

i'm not making Extremely High Q banners, ripping Gunpla Master Grade boxes; rendering, recreating parts missing or under the logos, and adding effect...each render can take up to 3 hours to make.

not possible...that's asking too much, the resolution is too small, the feet aren't even there it requires me to create them from scratch...

what i can do is add the Rx78-2 as a main banner if you want.
i can do that ^__^
