So i was Bored The Other Day (I mean REALLY bored...)

So i wipped out my Photoshop CS6...Wipped out some of my Custom Brushes (Mien! xD), and worked on a random Anime BG Pic.

3 - 4 hours of work. Erasing, Precision, Editing, Layering.

This is the End Results:

yeaaaaaa.....soooooo, rain and thunder are both like....the easiest thing to do in ps. at least you're happy with what you've done, I guess.
