The God - PAIN

I need suggestions, stuff to improve on, comments , or anything you can say about this piece. :)

Hmmmm, I love what you did here. Kinda wished he had Gentōshin no Jutsu aura but still nice work.

but how did u do it? drawing? 3d model you made and rendered (like gundam )?

Its either he drew it or an anime/manga scene (leans closer to drawing)

Anyway, i think the rain could be a bit better, it doesnt seem like he's moving  (since Pain's Jutsu's require him to be standing still), so i think the rain should be a BIT less blurry. I like the rain impact outline around him, shows realism. I also like the DOF effect that focus's on Pain, however if i were u id make a seperate layer and place it behind pain but in front of the BG to show SOME rain behind him instead of all in front of him (unless thats already done, its hard to tell with a Char focused DOF pic). Also another thing is, where is the eye gleam from the left eye? Theres one on the right but the direction of the wind doesnt affect light. And if his Rinnegan is glowing then there should be a gleam effect on the left side too.

The rain blur - rain is moving...so there should be motion blur. clear streaks of rain would also add more disturbances to the focus for pain.

DOF - no such thing was used, I just blurred konoha on the background and the lightning and stuff.

The eye-gleam - there were light reflected on both eyes, though the right one has it brighter. There is a bit of 'gleam" on the left one but it is barely visible, because of light balancing. (there is already a light source on the background = the lightning, so yeah.)  ^_^

I started drawing them using SAI :D, I'm stuck with a mouse though.... my bamboo retired. :(

Ok thats actually surprising :D. Paint Tool Sai is an awesome tool to have. Hell I've been wondering where I put my copy now for a while now -_-.
