So I would like to ask for opinions from you guys.

Basically my local Nintendo product distributor Maxsoft distributed the limited edition Pokemon 3DS XL X and Y version with Club Nintendo Pin in it.

This set is for my younger brother. I have a set of my own. Anyway, upon helping him register, it says that the pin/serial has already been used. This means I should contact Nintendo about it, since they are the ones with the code. However, what Nintendo, or rather this person: Naomi Martinez replied, was that Club Nintendo is for US and Canada residents only. They need to stick to their policy and this disabled my CB account and my brother's account.

1) If Nintendo is to stick to their account, I told them to disable all of the thousands of Singaporeans who are registered to Club Nintendo US. Before talking about policy to me.

2) The person stated that I am not living in US and thus I can't have an account. However, many Singaporeans have US Club Nintendo accounts just fine.

3) The Pin is released under Maxsoft, our local distributor. Naturally, it means that I have the right to use it and create an account there.

4) I am merely pursuing my rights for the serial, which I paid for along with the console. YET, this person just did something else entirely without tackling the issue. This proves that some employees of Nintendo's customer support does not listen to their customers if they are not from the U.S. (She stated that I am from Singapore and thus this happens, blablabla) Basically I see this as discrimination and rude bahaviour on her part.

5) All I wanted was that damn code which should have worked for me. But it didn't. Is it necessary to blow this thing up?

I swear I'll get back what I deserved.

Wow...just...wow...

I woulda raged. Kept my cool at first, but after putting up with bullshit responses like that? Then having to keep repeating that people u know have CB accounts...PLUS the fact that u got the Pin from a distributor in YOUR area...wow.

I...im speachless. Thats ridiculous. I hope you figure this out bud. This is...wow...

*leaves to ponder about how stupid that is and wrap her head around how it actually happened...*

Yes. I'm trying to control my emotions and be civilised, instead of just raging. It gets me nowhere and all I really want is what I paid for. If all else fails, I'm gonna rage. Double time.
