settings:
rendering resolution - 10x PSP
texture scaling - 5x
shaders - FXAA

basically i pushed ppsspp to its limits. XD
got 50 - 60 fps average when recording drop below 30 though at times.
youtube makes it not look so great. meh

Finally got the capture card working on his father's laptop after many fail attempts on his old desktop
