...i just saw this AMV from an Anime that came out a while back...unfortunately it wasnt very well known since the name was short and abreviated to just "C"

its real name was

C - The Money of Possibility and Control

It was about a Boy who wanted to live a normal life...he works part time...goes to College...etc. But then one day he is greeted by an odd looking man who says that he can expand on his normal "Boring" Life..and possibly become rich. Money. To do so, he must fight in duels in the "Financial District" using an Avatar. If u win, u get money...if u lose...u can go Bankrupt. If u go Bankrupt in the District...u go Bankrupt in Real Life...and those around you are affected...sometimes things drastically get altered...

But not everything is what he thought it would be...Soon something happens...that changes his life...The One he Loves...
