Zenkai Knights Mecha Game

Game is a tribute to windom and SK.



Platforms:
Windows
Android (first releases will require a controller)

CONTROLS:
Boost/Jump Button - depending on direction you analog stick facing you will boost in that direction if double tapped
just pressing the boost button will just make you jump. behaves just like it does in Gundam VS games.

Target - changes targets like Gundam VS games.

Basic attack - ranged based.

Sub Attack - three types of sub attacks.

Boost Up - boosts you up. double press to hover. press again to disable hovering.

Boost Down - Boosts you down. press while hovering to disable hovering or double tap to fall.

Special - combine with basic or sub to perform special attack.

Guard - basically allows you to put up a defense to reduce damage.


info on mechs:
so far we have 4 mechs planned for the game and more to come. 2 of the mechs are done being models the other 2 need some model work but are close to being finished.

i am doing the 3d. helly is too. i might be handling the stages mostly with occasional mechs.

i have 1 mech done and another one almost finished modeling.  helly has 1 done and another needing to be redone in some parts for it to work out.

the mech shown in my movement demo is going to be put in there to but needs adjusting. so since it was created by Dusty he will be handling the adjustments.

not going to let him touch the model except for animating. to be honest, my style of modeling does better when working with curves so i can pull off organic object like humans much better that mechs.

oh...ok, well you can do the pilots maybe then?

there will be no pilots, maybe in a sequel. this will be are first mecha game and if it turns out good we might make a sequel or another game likeit with more stuff in it.

steam page would be impractical.  indiedb page and facebook would be more practical at this stage
well just facebook. once a proper demo get done then i would do indiedb.

also i still waiting on helly to get animating. he has work for school to do plus he has stupid distraction he is getting into. also he has stupid RL friends that distract him even more.

no it doesn't, you need to refine it, add more details, you can do better, make something you're truly going to be proud about so that it pumps you up to make your game!

add yellow wings to it, make the shoulders armor stick out more give the suit some depth...


that or you can say fuck it and leave it to helldiver... it might just be a test project for you, but in my experience, if you want people to work for you and do shit the best they can for you, you need to be on your 100% AAA game. if you slack on the job don't expect helldiver do deliver on time and quality, and you won't be able to blame him for losing motivation.
heck if you get pumped up, i'll get pumped up as well and offer my time to anything you want, be it texture,promortion, video, artworks....
